I had a 400 non top hat pre selmer. They supposed to be the basic same horn. It fit great in a SKL flight case.

Just buy the Hiscox case, it fits and lasts under the rigours of international travel, regular gigs etc.... Pro usage levels is what I am speaking of. I have had no damage to my horn in this case using it solidly for 6yrs.... This speaks volumes to me about the qualityof the case.

Thanks, but Dave a Junkdude put a TH&C in the Hiscox and it didn't fit. I just bought a Berkeley King Size and review it here:
