Can a C-melody mpc interchange to a C melody soprano?

Uh I think he's asking whether a C melody mouthpiece can be used on a C soprano. I don't know for a fact but I would put money on saying no.

No. It would be like putting a standard tenor mouthpiece on a standard soprano. The c-melody is actually a tenor in the key of C instead of Bb. The C-soprano is a slightly smaller soprano, pitched in C instead of Bb.

And of course, vice-versa, a C-Soprano mouthpiece can't be used on a C-Melody/Tenor........;)
OK, seriously now, the only other mouthpiece that works on a C-Sop is a Bb-Sop mouthpiece - but it has to be short-shank (or modified) to get far enough onto the cork, the close proximity of the octave mechanism being the limiting factor
