Lee Konitz performed a fairly recent version on the Dearly Beloved album.

Other than that, there are several versions featuring great sax players, even if they are not the main named artist. Miles Davis' version is probably the most famous of all, and featured (I think) both Hank Mobley and John Coltrane. Michael Brecker played on a version recorded by Ben Sidran, but I can't remember the album name.

album is "Dave Digs Disney"
Paul's playing with DBQ, there's some other pretty sweet tunes on that CD.

If he didn't know who Desmond played with, I doubt he'll know what DBQ stands for. If you don't, it stands for "Dave Brubeck Quintet" also known as his "Classic Quintet." If you already knew that, my bad.
