Any clue what these might bring? In like new condition. Made in Paris. Beautifully engraved and looks like a new horn. Nickel plated keys & screw in resonators.

:treble: I have a Noblet tenor, pretty much as DaveKessler described. The nearest I can tell, it dates between '54 and '57. I love it to death, and most of the people in my studio drool over this thing. Beautiful, dark tone, very pure. I don't know how much it's worth, but probably quite a bit from a collector of good vintage saxes...

I believe SOTW member fballatore sold a Noblet Standard tenor for upwards of $500 on ebay a couple of months ago.

they are not worth too much money. they are suprisingly good players though. very excellent tone for sure. i bought one once on ebay and it looked quite good in the pictures. all the blemishes had been avoided and it was only bid up to $375. i'd buy another in a second though. it was a balladeers dream, it blew so nicely. if i had a minty one i'd keep it, a treasure for sure.
