Why don't we have a FAQ (or if we do I can't seem to find it in an easy location) about all the REAL Frequently Asked Questions:
Like why do I have a Stuffy A or Stuffy D or Where can I buy a cheap decent sax or etc..etc..etc

Just all the stuff that new members tend to ask before trying to do a search.

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I didn't do a search.:)

The forum has a Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=71) area in the makes and models forum.

And our Beginner Forum (http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=252) breaks down into these sub-categories:

Embouchure & Tone Producing Basics
General Discussion
Recommended Listening for Beginners
Training Material
What to Buy & Why: Mouthpieces
What to Buy & Why: Reeds & Misc
What to Buy & Why: saxophones

As well as links to the following:
Teaching Saxophone
Sheet Music & Transcriptions
Late Bloomers

Ok, granted.
But I still wonder - and this is from a post I replied to yesterday-
Lets say a beginner wonders: why do I have a stuffy High A on my horn.

So the line of reasoning is :
Lets look for a FAQ
But I can't find a FAQ that addresses that question
The FAQs that I find lead me around to other pages but still no answer

So I'll try a search but
the search function wont work for logical "AND" terms

I was just wondering if we could head the VERY common questions off with a FAQ that actually ansered all these same random questions and issues and That was right there at the top of the list when the user was on the forum main page?

Oh! Wait... We actually have a Announcements and FAQ (http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=260) in the beginner's forum

The beginner forum is arranged in such a way that say for instance a beginner wonders: "Why do I have a stuffy High A on my horn?", we figgured he/she is most likely to have a look in the beginner forum's Embouchure & Tone Producing Basics (http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=255) ... Even though a stuffy A is most likely a mechanical problem than an embouchure problem.

There's more on this in the READ ME: New Beginner forum (http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=29986)thread

Actually this FAQ is not a real FAQ but more of a "Here's where you can find the answer to yourFrequently Asked Questions"
