I know, I should just ignore them, but lately, half of my monitor seems to be taken up with posts from one of our forum "power sellers." Every time I use the "New Posts" function, I'm flooded with dozens of ads from the same "power seller." If this person is paying to use the forum to sell wholesale quantities of gear, then fair enough. If not, he should be!
Would it be possible to coerce such people to post once, saying "mouthpieces, gig bags and instruments for sale," rather than 50 posts for each individual mouthpice, gig bag, instrument?

" I know, I should just ignore them..."
So why don't you?
It's really the sellers choice. Also makes it a little easier for buyers who are browsing for something specific. The buyer doesn't have to try and search every post to find what they want. Not a big deal; just ignore it if you don't like it.

Down doggy, down.
Down doggy, down.
How?
........with that avatar of yours!
Go to QUICK LINKS and choose "Search for Unanswered Posts -- No Sales Posts".
Just a suggestion. I mean, I, like, hard coded it 'n' stuff when I was admin boy. You can build your own queries through the Search function, too.

Personally, one of the major reasons I come here is to constantly check what mouthpieces are up for grabs. So I like the ongoing 'for sale' posts.
I'd much rather buy here than on eBay due to it being a relatively small community without the onslaught of fraud/thievery.
