The sax you mention is made in Taiwan. I have an Elkhart Series 11 which is the previous model. I can't say that the workmanship on mine was up to much, but it was cheap, looks like a saxophone and even sounds a bit like one on a good day. If the shop from which I bought it had done a proper set-up job I would have had an easier time with it; but it was just handed to me packaged as it was when it left the factory. Perhaps the new model is better made than mine. However, do make sure it is properly set-up and regulated before you part with your cash. I bought mine a couple of years ago after not having owned or played a sax before (clarinets are more my thing), so I didn't really know what I was up to. When the time comes to upgrade I shall seek out a secondhand sax from reputable repairman/dealer, which is what I should have done in the first place. Rupert Noble in Brighton would be my first choice. Anyway, whatever you do I wish you good luck.
