Anyone know?

Can anyone tell me anything about this horn? It is a Leblanc system horn with all the alternate fingerings and the engraving is inlaid with silver. It came with a brochure that calls it a Johnny Hodges model and a 1983 letter from Leblanc that says they don't know how many were made and a very rough time frame of late 60's to early 70's. Serial number is 2551A.
