The Cello suites book as transcribed for baritone saxophone by Trent Kynaston has never let me down. Really really nice book, and should be widely available.

Just be sure to check the official book to make sure it is approved by the organization putting on the festival. If it isn't in there, you can get it approved by sending it in to the company and have them evaluate it to assign it a grade.
Good luck,
William

The Bach Suites were my first thought, too. My favorites are the first and sixth.
You should be able to find the original cello music free online with a simple Google search. By changing the key signature from concert pitch to Eb (eg. the First Suite changes from G major to E major) you should be able to play off of the bass clef music by reading it as though it were treble clef.
If you can't find em, shoot me an email at rickbusarow (at) gmail.com. I've got them all in .pdf form.
*EDIT*
