A dealer said I should not by a matte Allora - said the finish got too dirty and if you tried to clean it it would ruin it. I posted a question regarding this on the "finishes" field but may I also post it under "makes and models" for B&S/allora? I don't know if the dealer was refering to Allora specifically, because I have had matte in the past that cleaned with no problems.

Cross-posting is not allowed on this Forum because it fragments the discussion. We've got 10,000 users here. If we started allowing one to cross-post, we'd have to let all 10,000 do it.

We have cross-posted under very, very specific instances and it's always on a case-by-case basis.

Currently, the SOTWF staff is dealing with some difficulties caused by posters in the Marketplace. I don't want us to have to deal with the secondary issue of people wanting to cross post stuff.
