Here's a pic of my old big band, rehearsing at Berklee in the summer of '78 for our big Pooh's Pub gig:
The Tuna Band, revision 3 (http://www.blacksilver.com/cce/third herd 2edit.jpg)
Lemme see if I remember everyone:
The unknown bari player abusing the Couf Superba I with the gold plated Lawton 7*B had a lot more hair then. Next to me is Ralph Moore. He might have done something or other with music. Bass bone is Jon Schermer, lead bone is Carl Miller. I can't see the face of the second bone behind Ralph. I don't remember the name of the third bone player. Trumpets are Kerry Maule, fourth, Chaya Tinterow, third, Mac Gollehon, lead, Tomas Villarini, second, and Robin Palmquist, fifth. The rythm section was Tim Horner, drums, Joe Cohn (son of Al), guitar, Hideki Kawahara, bass, and Hendrik Meurkins, vibes. I can't remember the other three saxes.
The picture was taken by pianist Eric Wurst. The picture was taken in room E15 (now B14) at the 150 Mass Ave facility.
