62 vs 62II - need help

Can anyone describe the difference(s) between these 2 models? Is Series II a more "classical" horn (a la Selmer)? Or?? Specifically tenor, if that makes a difference. Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I haven't compared them but from what I hear the difference is in the springs and the neck. The neck being the new G1 which right now has intonation problems in the upper register. I played a Custom with an original neck and then a G1. The G1 really opened it up.

from what i understand they fixed the intonation issues with the neck. it's the next generation of 62 is all, still the entry level pro horn.

I owned the old model 62 during the 80's, and recently bought and returned a 62II. I personally think the old 62 had more balls. In fact, if anyone out there has an "old" model 62 in great condition, let me know if you want to sell it.
