I can get the artist alto new for $1,119.00. Should I jump on the deal? Is this a good horn for a junior in high school who want a horn he can keep for a while?

Yeah, I'd say that's a good deal. Most places are selling it for about $1500. I have one and am happy with it!

i have had two different artist models and my old one is now going for around 1400.00 canadian. so i think you have a good deal. and they are nice horns.
