Hey, how come there are no instructions with my sax on how to adjust the palm keys? Was I supposed to have been born with that knowledge? HELP, PLEASE? Thanks!

My one came with a little spanner(wrench) that you use to loosen the locking nuts on the touch pieces which then screw up or down.

I just got my SX90R, but how do you keep the palm keys from spinning around once you've used the wrench to loosen them?
is it supposed to be like that?

You need to tighten the nut back up while holding the touch piece in position...some people find this a bit tricky and there have been reports of folks breaking the key during this operation. The design is weaker than a welded design. I used to think that this was a great feature, but have gotten quite practiced at doing polished/shaped risers out of some nice colored epoxies (if you mix brass-filled epoxy with yellow, you can match the lacquer pretty well, or just go with blue or red, etc...for a cool accent, or black for uber-kool)
