Maybe more appropriate for the home site, but does anyone else think it would be of interest to have a listing of tech's we use in different cities, comments/experiences with them, and contact information?

Actually, this is covered in a few areas:

- Who We Are (http://saxontheweb.myforums.net/viewforum.php?f=70) gives brief descriptions of, well, who we are. Yes, I have yet to include myself there. Maybe someday ...
- Saxophone Buying and Selling (http://saxontheweb.myforums.net/viewforum.php?f=47) is essentially a cornucopia of buyer and seller experiences -- not just regarding saxophones, but regarding services, too.
- The Tech Discussion Area (http://saxontheweb.myforums.net/index.php?c=4) is the area that has our resident instrument techs posting ...

If you feel we need a seperate area, I encourage you to edit your post and change it into a Poll.

Sure, I actually was just spending some time in those areas, and they help to address this indirectly.

If I were in, say, Pgh. PA for a week and needed to find a tech quickly, with some sense of personal recommendation, there's not a direct way to come up with a name. Or, if I pick up the name of a tech through the topics you mentioned, it would be nice to be able to bring up contact information for that person without needing to hunt around on the web or post a request for that information etc.

Just a thought... It might more appropriately be simply a listing, as a service of the home page, rather than a forum topic.
