More info about Selmer NY alto?

My teacher has an old silver Selmer NY alto in his attic. I know it's a Conn that was stenciled for Selmer, but any other info about it would be appreciated.

If that serial number tracks with other Conns, then I guess it's a low pitch alto from 1906 -1907?

The "P" serial numbers are not part of the regular Conn series. Nobody seems to know the "P" serial chart - - except there's a P18xxx bass sax out there known to be from 1926.
