Case for SML Gold Medal II Alto

I'm looking for a hard-case that fits my SML Alto as good as possible. Preferably with shoulder straps to wear it like a back-pack.
Any suggestions?

I have a SML G.M. Mk I, and it fits extremely well into a BAM case.

Yes, the Bam case is perfect. Also, there is a very similar case from England, but made in Spain, called Ortola, which looks like the Bam case. This case fit my SML Rev D perfectly.

Protec cases also fit the SML's well.

I just bought a BAGS case (semi-contoured shape) with backpack-straps and am very satisfied with it.
