How 'Bout Dem Altos?

Lots of talk about the CB tenors- what about the Big Bell Altos?

To make a long story short:
In 1999 I A/B'd the CB alto with the Selmer SA80II alto. Selmer won.
In 2001 I A/B'd the CB tenor with the Selmer Series III tenor. Selmer won.
In 2002 I A/B'd the Big Bell tenor with two different Series III tenors and my own JK SX90R. Cannonball beat Selmer but not the JK. (although it did come close)

I own a Series III alto and I'm thinking of making a change.
How do the Big Bell Altos compare to the Selmer and JK altos?
Are the Big Bell Altos as good as the Big Bell Tenors?

I've got a Mad Meg model alto that plays fine. I'm mainly a tenor guy, though...
