She used to work at Gilberts in La and is perfect on clarinet-oboe-bassoon repairs.

I know this is an old post, but I had to second the sentiment. I gave Kristin Bertrand my Loree English horn, which was having very mysterious problems and caused me quite an embarrassing moment onstage during a performance, and when she gave it back to me, it played better than it EVER had, and at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. She's a master!
