I find that G3, C4 and D4 is the easiest to hit.

G3 was hard to get at first
G#3 was just adding the trill C hey
A3 was very easy, but because of that, i findit hard to "distort" ala sanborn
A#3 is easy, but unstable because of the fingering i use
B3 is easy, just getting used to the harmonics, because i use the same fingerings as D2
C4 is very easy, same fingers as G3
C#4 is ok
D4 again very easy, same fingers as A3
D#4, is ok, same as A#3
E4 is a bit hard to get in tune, harmonics are very close, from here, i use the same fingering for every note, just work in my mouth.
higher than this becomes easier up to about C5, but not very usefull, good for screams in big bands, but not much else.... well, a few passages in classical pieces.

B3 AND C3 ARE NOT ALTISSIMO
D4 is that squeak that usually comes out when you don't want it to so that's got to be the easiest note to hit.
Durand is right. Count up from low B or C and you'll find that B3 & C3 are not yet in the altissimo range. So those two are very easy, lol.
For me, the easiest one is F#3. A3 also is very easy and was the first real altissimo notes I learned to use.

On alto i can easily play almost any altissimo note. On tenor I have difficulties..is this normal?? I have both tenor and alto in good playing conditions

F#3, A3, C4, D4....for me, G3 is a pain to get, really have to focus my airstream.

G3 is easiest, and doesn't even sound like altissimo on my MK IV tenor.
