did you guys ever see the presidential l.a. sax?!
i heard only 150 were made
the 1st to clinton
i saw one on ebay the other day
it was so damn beautiful

if only i had the money to buy it
anyone have any sites about it??

or might be selling one for 800 bucks :)

They were something special. And yes, the first of the line was presented to then president Bill Clinton. In fact, you can see that horn on display in Vermillion, South Dakota at the National Music Museum on the campus of the University of South Dakota. Along with an original quartet of saxes created by and owned in the personal collection of Adolphe Sax himself... This place is so amazing really. Everyone should see the collections here at least once in their lifetime!

Hey, glad to hear ya'll like the horn. I bought the one on Ebay. It is number 15, out of 150. It really plays great too, if I could only play it great. :(

UGGGGG....

I have to admit I had one, and sold it about 3-4 Yrs. ago.
It wasnt a nice horn Quality wise, but it sure got alot of attention.

It sold for around $800 (Ebay)if I remember correctly.

I wouldnt want another one8-)
