I'm a bit confused here, i've been trying to achieve alltissisimo notes, and happened to reach the high d above the one on the sax. I have no problems reaching it again, but i'm not shure if it's really a tone or just noise, if you understand what i mean. I'm new to altisissimo tones, so any help would be good.

The reason it could be confusing as to whether it is tone or just noise is that you don't really have any reference for these notes. A lot of the time I find that the notes are too high to hear before I play them and I have little idea of what those are supposed to sound like. Long tones up to these notes, chromatically will help them to blend with the rest of the notes in your range.

If you didn't put your teeth on the reed (or do something else that extreme) and you can:
1) Reproduce it
2) Vibrato on it
3) Articulate it
I'd call it tone.

why not check it against a high C or tenor or A for alto (above middle C on a keyboard or piano? This will help to identify the tone
