Has anyone tryed the Leblanc Normandy (4 maybe)...... I just tryed it and was fairly impressed...... Can anyone explain to me why it comes with a Vito mouthpiece that I found in a Student Vito (same model piece i mean)....... What is a good price for these?..... thank you

These are the low end of the wooden clarinet line, they are strong playing instruments with a rich sound. Before you buy it, ask yourself these questions. Does it play intune? Does it have the sound that you want? How is the overall condition of the instrument? Have I tested any other wooden clarinet options?

I like the feel of Leblanc products even my old resotone key work is comfortable and it plays well for the price. I think any decent horn in good repair should work fine for general purpose playing. However few of us are ever really happy with what we have. I mean I could be better if I just had a better something. What I may sound good on and you may sound good on could very well be different.
I now think I have ended the quest for clarinet mouthpiece? ha ha.
Where did you try the horn? Most likely mouthpieces got switched during previous trial. vito is part of Leblanc so maybe it just belongs there?
