Snoring

Has anyone else ever come across the problem of an increase in their snoring since taking up the horn?

My snoring has gotten a lot worse since I took up sax. Of course, I started playing sax over 30 years ago. :lol:

Are you sleeping better too? This is a very interesting question that I hope someone tries to answer. I'm thinking that your playing sax is giving you more exercise so that you are sleeping deeper and snoring more. But I suspect a good doctor could give you better insight.

HMMM, Yeah i am sleeping better, except for the odd boot in the back from my beloved :D , sorry babe..My sleep doc thinks it might be apnoea, so i'm booked in for a sleep study soon..after that we'll see what comes...which leads on to an interesting point..has anybody else had any kind of nose/throat/mouth surgery that has changed the way they play ?....perhaps if they remove my brain i'll get better reverb :P
