Just wanted to know if there are any sax players/fans such as myself in the Los Angeles area. Maybe we can get together to yack, listen to local jazz, complain about our spouses, tell lies, etc. I'm a beginner having taken up alto about four months ago (although I've played classical guitar for >30 years). I'm giving myself another 100 years or so to be playing like Paul Desmond.
