Are borgani tenors like this model any good?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3742719805&ssPage Name=STRK:MEWA:IT
If they have a neck of course
Yep, that's a nice horn. I had one just like it (mine was silver).
But... no neck? makes it a bit of a gamble. The neck on my horn was quite unusually long, it reminded me of a Rampone and Cazzani neck.

Yea he wants too much for it without a neck. But I've seen these before on Ebay and also some stencils that look like this. They seem to sell real reasonable. Maybe under appreciated?
Yes, the good Borganis are underappreciated. The trouble is that there are cheaply made Borganis (and Rampone & Cazzanis) floating round as well, and it's hard to tell the difference.

What do you look for in a vintage Borgani? Is it like Dolnet where some quality issues show up here and there and once that is corrected they are good playing horns? Or is it that some are made from cheaper materials. Or are there different models some good some not? All the old borganis seem to just say Borgani on them with no model name or #.
