Any suggestions for jazz clubs near Huntsville?
I will be there next week Mon - Thur.

I thought about going to Nashville or Birmingham but this is a company business trip and I may not have a lot of free time. How long is the drive to Nashville from Huntsville? It looks like over 100 miles on the map which makes for a lot of driving for an hour or two of jazz.

It is a couple of hours to drive depending on the time of day that you do it. If you happen to have the urge, check out the Wooten brothers at 3rd and Lindsey on thursday nights. Its more of a fusion gig, but they are amazing players. I think Rock Williams is still playing with them and he is a wailing R&B saxophonist.
