Hello,

I posted this in the Misc. modern sax section also, but rarely get any replies there. I just picked up a Pearl Gold alto (a few years old) and have tried about three mouthpieces on her. As much as I usually never like metal pieces on alto, so far a Yani silver with RJS 2H reeds seems very nice. I would like to try more, obviously, but am hoping to target my search. Your help is much apreciated. I can also be e-mailed at fjcorapi@aol.com. Thanks.

Frank

Thanks Joey, but I want to know what other players have found to be a good match for a Borgani specifically. I realize Meyers are great pieces (Bros. and NY) and I do play jazz, but on this horn the Meyer just doesn't have any guts. Thanks.
