Hi,
I was talking to a sax player from ****** last week.
Frankly he was a very average player. I asked him about the music scene there. "Oh it's terrible" he said, "gigs are just cocktail and bar gigs, no A&R guys come to ******, theres no money". "That's no good" I said "how do you pay the rent?", "I gig 5 nights a week" he said, "there's lots of teaching, and I tour as much as I want. I haven't had a day job for years."
