Anyone have any suggestions for a mouthpiece for SML Tenor ..I'm trying to get a sound for rock and roll music. I listen to a lot of King Curtis.
I'm a relatively new player and am currently using
an Otto Link 5* and Van Doren 2 or 21/2 and Plasticover 21/2.Any sugestion are welcome.

I lucked into the SML if your wondering how a novice comes up with a great sax.

Strangely, I never liked any other Brilharts. But the Levelairs ... mmmmmmm!
They say vintage Berg is better than new Berg.

Read about 'em on

Ask for some trial pieces from mouthpieceHeaven or
http://4windsmusic.com/

And, oh, yeah, get some real reeds.

Frankly I like good old Rico Royals very much for R&B. For more demanding subtle playing such as jazz I would go to Alexander Superials.
