Jun 13th 12:53 PM A few weeks ago on Ebay UK there was an auction of an early 30's Super Sax reputed to have been owned by Coleman Hawkins. There appeared to be a lot of documentary evidence in support. The vendor said there was a reserve of £65,000 (C.$100,000). The bidding went to £16,000 ($24,000) and so didn't sell. I know the vendor if anyone is interested. Cheers, D.
