Hiya, when I was 13 my folks got me a second hand Mk5 Tenor. I played it quite a bit then, and then got lazy in my 20s. I'm getting back into it at the age of 41, and still have the sax - a bit neglected. I've just bought a second hand Yam Yas-25 alto, it's OK, but I realise what a great sax the Selmer was. It needs a complete overhaul. Is there anyone in Cyberland, from UK, who could recommend the best places to get this done. It deserves it.

If it isn't too far, try Stuart McDonald at Woods
in Bradford. I havn't got a phone no. at the moment, but if you want it,post again and I will try to find it. Stuart is a top player as well as a top repairer, well used to Selmers.
Cheers, Dave
