How do you take the microtuner apart, and how much movement is it supposed to have?
Thanks

Farmer Bob,
I'm not sure what type of movement you mean but I can tell you how to take one apart.
I don't have one right in font of me here so I'll do the best I can.
To take the cork and tuner part from the neck, you should be able to unscrew it all the way. The neck has a threaded male end and the tuner has a threaded female end.
Once apart you will notice that the Neck is one part and the Tuner is made of several. So look at the tuner.
There is a small set screw on the widest part of the tuner. Loosen that. Then, if you look at the tuner as if you were looking down the barrel of it, you will see two slots in the tuner where the Mouthpiece would contact the larger metal band if put on all the way.
Once the set screw is backed off or out (don't drop it) you need to hold the slots with a screw driver and unscrew the sleave from the around the inner section. There is a tool for this but you likely don't have it. -Just be careful not to strip the slot or slip and get your hand with the screw driver!
If any of this is frozen just oil it and wait.

Great! Make sure you do a suction test to be sure there are no leaks.
