I'm suprised that a horn of that vintage has a palm E key & LH bell keys. For whatever reason, I can't get the top pic to fully load to see whether it's got a front F key...
Anyway, it's purty.

I think it's keyed to F, but I don't see any front F key, no bis key, and no G# trill key..
I was just stunned with the engravings...:-) It's the art deco thingy I guess?

Also the bell vents are on the same side of the bell instead of opposing like most old Conns.
