I couldn't afford a new MPC, so I am using the MPC that was with the original Chu alto. It is a Conn F-Z tone MPC.

Anyone know anything about this mouthpiece??

Not me. Every conn I've ever handled came with an original Conn "Eagle" mouthpiece.

Are you sure it isn't an "E-Z" tone mouthpiece & the lower part of the "E" got worn away? I don't know that Conn made an "E-Z" mouthpiece, but it would make more sense that "F-Z"!!

It is E-Z Tone. My mistake.

Other stock mpcs supplied with Conns include Steelay, Standard Steelay, Precision, and Comet. It all depends on the era of the horn.

A Chu would have come with an Eagle piece.

My guess is the E-Z-Tone is a student model because of the name.
