Ok so you all know I got a The Martin Re-laqed Bari. Well as the tech was going through it the $ figure was rising to get it in "tip-top" shape. Anyhow, I get a call from one of my secret agents who tells me he has a line on this horn and thinks its a Bari. I do the drive in between business appointments (praying it is not another wild goosechase, I have had alot of them). Anyhow, I get to this hole in the wall music joint in the deep bowels of a rust belt midwest town. This cool old hippy cat pulls out, as god would have it, a #216,XXX original laq low mileage RMC The Martin BARTIONE. Trying to not let this guy see my excitement or urine running down my leg...if he really knew how much I wanted one, especially this one, he really could of had a field day with the pocketbook. Anyhow he took the re-laq as a trade and for a good price, not a great price, I have the one I have been looking for. I don't know how to do sound bytes but it sounds like The Martin....original pads will be replaced second week of October. Thanks god I can tell someone, my wife just does not understand.

Congratulations. This sounds like a killer horn.
