I hit C4 monday and I was shocked at myself, I mean being such a young player and have only being playing for 3 years!

It's all a matter of adjusting your embouchure. I taught a friend of mine who just picked up the sax about an hour and he was able to hit each altissimo note I was hitting up to F4. Isn't that something?

Easy way to hit F4, just take in a lot of mouthpiece and blow...it's almost like a squeak.

don't get me wrong, but i don't think there should be too much embouchure adjustment, if any when you're going into altissimo. It seems to me, that by adjusting your throat, mouth shape, and ear position, you can create a richer more uniform tone. I wouldn't recommend playing high for novelty, I'd be afraid of messing up a good embouchure by biting.

It's more of a voicing thing, not an embouchure thing, although there might be slight adjustment.
