Try OK-2- 45-eb (optional) this works great on most horns.

The one I am most comfortable with is...
Octave key + front F key + middle C key.

G4 can also be got by over blowing the front F key

I find that OK-1-f# (if you have a high f# key) is a nice stable G4 on most modern horns. some people add the side Bb, but I don't find it necessary.
http://www.wfg.woodwind.org/sax_index.html has a nice comprehensive list of altissimo fingerings u might like to check out.
Bootman, can u explain what overblowing means?

I usually get D3 by using a fingering for High F (all the palms and side F in RH), I can overblow (or adjust my throat and get the G4 the same way. So you can go, F3, D3, G4 off the same fingering. (On a The martin tenor)

Paul,
K has said it well. Itis basically changing your throat position and going up to the next overtone in the series. The whole altissimo works this way but requires a lot of control.
