The most comprehensive fingering chart is in:
Saxophone Altissimo: High Note Development for the Contemporary Player by Robert Luckey, PhD. More than 300 fingerings, separated into sections for soprano, alto, tenor, baritone.
These fingerings were tested on a variety of modern saxes.

I agree with Paul on the Robert Luckey book. Also check out "Top tones for the saxophone" by Sigurd Rascher. The exercises starting on page 12 are unbelievable!!!! These studies will take A LONG TIME to perfect, and every horn you play will respond slightly differently, but it's worth the perseverance.

I think that is the best combination. Rascher for overtone exercises and Luckey to polish the fingerings for intonation.

The Luckey book also has passages from the various classical solos, and gives suggested fingerings to help these passages.

There is a guy in Memphis Stan Johnson who sells these card stock charts that can be used as book markers. They have great altissimo tips and fingerings. He also sells a card called Windjammer that offers all of the fake fingers or fingers pros like Bird used to faciliate speed. I found out about them several years ago through the saxophone Journal. They really have work for me! His address is 695 Dickinson St Memphis Tennessee and the cards sell for $2.50 plus 1.00 shipping. They are called altissimo guides and are available for all saxophones!
