When playing a Altissimo note like a G6 or G#6, I can't keep the big & on-tune sound for too long. It's been about one second then gone. How to hold it longer and remain the big sound?
Anygood idea how to work on it?

I can hold it as long as I want....look for the topics on pitch bending and overtone exercises (specifically pitch bending) and do those exercises...it won't be a big deal after a little while.

Hiya Joey. For sounds that high I haven't timed it but I guess about 5 sec. I practiced long tones to get from a chirp to the "long" 5 sec. or so area. Be careful though, in my case it makes me a little dizzy sometimes. One time I lost my balance no kidding.
