It is excited! Tonight, I tried this fingering and very easy to get the Altissimo G!!

Altissimo G = Octave Key, front F key + RH1, Right high F# Key

(1) First I start to use Octave Key, Front F, LH2, LH3 = High E
(2) Then go to Octave Key, Front F, LH2 = High F
(3) Then continue to blow the air and go to Octave key, Front F, LH2 + Right F# = High F# (My horn has the high Palm F so cannot use the left bis key).
(4) Add RH1 on (3) to get the Alt G !!

I know it is not convenient fingering to get that Altissimo G, but I tried all different fingering (at least 10 fingering), only this fingering is success.
I hope one day I can only just use the Octave key + Front F to get this G. Don't know why, I consider I must use the Front F to get all the Altissimo note on my horn....??

PS: I'm using a Yana A-901, but I'm not sure if my horn has some problem to deal with such altissimo fingering (just no. 4 is success as mentioned). The most common Alt G fingering is Octave Key, LH1, LH3 + RH1, RH3. My teacher use this fingering as well but when he use my horn, he has problem to make this high note...

Question - Sound
Now I can get the Alt G and which is on tune but very weak sound. How can I make Bigger & Fuller sound?

You can't, witht that fingering, assuming that your mouthpiece is in pretty far already. There more than just 10 fingerings to this note, Just because a book doesn't list a fingering doesn't mean it doesnt exist, same thing with the normal range, I use a lot of basoon fingerings for super fast songs. I only had to try 4 fingerings to get my G, G# was a differant story, I went through about 35 fingerings, none of them worked so I made My own. Front F LH2 LH3 G# Side key Bb D#. I doubt that the reason you are having troubles with altissimo notes because your sax is out of adjustment, it is probably just your mouthpiece or reed or ligature or the uniqueness of the sax. I use a Selmer S-80 C*, Legere 2.5, Rovner dark. I have a little over a 5 octave range, if you have any questions e-mail me.
