Before, I play my alto in center which is more easy to get the Altissimo note. Recently, I change my position, I put my horn on right side. Of course, I need to move the neck to right and rotate the MP to cock-wise able to get the best sound. slightly. Which make me more comfortable and still able to get the best sound.

After this change, I found much difficult to get the altissimo note. Any suggestion or tips?

If your mpc is entering your mouth at the same angle, it shouldn't make any difference for altissimo. With that in mind, check first that turning the neck did not disrupt the octave key mechanism. Sometimes the octave key gets slightly held open when the neck is turned a little.

The octave key should be no problem because I use a tuner when practice. I can make the high note up to high F#.
